Your support is essential for our ability to provide important policy and lobbying services to you, to your fellow citizens, and to dozens of our nonprofit partner organizations. (Note: Donations to KCC are not tax-deductible due to our effective lobbying work). You can also donate monthly here.
The Kentucky Conservation Committee is a registered 501(c)(4) nonprofit chartered in 1975. We are one of Kentucky's oldest organizations dedicated to local conservation work. Donations to KCC are not tax-deductible due to our effective direct-lobbying efforts. However these important funds allow us to do unlimited lobbying for the sustainability issues you care about.
Your funds will go directly to supporting strong legislative activity on important issues such as clean air, clean water, lands protection, energy reform and other direct legislative action.
Your dollars to KCC provide core funding for our ability to provide direct public policy support to citizens who are impacted by laws and regulations that directly affect their health, equity and safety.
We also accept donations of items or services that we can use for future raffles and silent auctions. If you run a business with a product or service to donate, have a new personal item to re-gift, are a creative who wishes to donate crafts or art, or other items suitable for auction, we certainly appreciate your consideration. Member Benefits
Members to KCC receive our quarterly conservation newsletters and special policy briefs. During the legislative session, members will receive regular communications throughout the session detailing the latest bills filed, with complete KCC policy analysis. Members also receive discounts on special KCC conferences and events.
Support for Organizations
If you are a conservation or sustainability organization that wants to leverage the power of KCC’s professional legislative agents and policy experts, we are here to help! We provide legislative and policy support to nonprofits throughout Kentucky. Organizations may become a KCC contributing Partner or in-kind Affiliate. Find out more.
