Bruce Williams, KCC Legislative Liaison

Bruce Williams is a thirty-year veteran of the Frankfort legislative scene. Working as a member of the Legislature's first budget staff in 1974 and on the Governor's staff from 1983 to 1985, until his retirement as Deputy Secretary of the Environmental Protection Cabinet in 2001, he has seen all the changes that have taken place in the Legislature over the years and has extensive knowledge of the process and the players in Frankfort.
